The debt relationship, which forms the basis of the law of obligations, creates a relationship that is subject to legal sanction for the parties in accordance with both general and special rules. In a debt relationship, the debtor is under an obligation to fulfill a certain action against the creditor. If the debtor does not fulfill this obligation voluntarily, the creditor should be able to seize the debtor's assets through the State organs. This situation is expressed as the responsibility of the borrower. When the debtor fails to fulfill his debt, the creditor will be able to seize the debtor's assets through the State's compulsory enforcement bodies.
